Travel Itinerary

Day 1 - Airport → Kandy

Welcome at Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) by your driver.
Drive directly to Kandy (approx. 3-4 hours). (Optional) Visit Pinnawala en route.
Check into your Kandy hotel. In the evening, visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic and watch a Kandyan Cultural Dance Show.
Overnight in Kandy.

Day 2 - Day 2: Kandy → Nuwara Eliya

After breakfast, drive to Nuwara Eliya (approx. 2.5 hours).
En route, visit a Tea Plantation & Factory to see how Ceylon Tea is made.
Visit Ramboda Falls.
Check into your Nuwara Eliya hotel. Enjoy the cool climate and explore "Little England."
Overnight in Nuwara Eliya.

Day 3 - Nuwara Eliya → Ella

Morning: Enjoy the scenic train journey from Nanu Oya (Nuwara Eliya) to Ella. (Driver will drop you at the station and pick you up in Ella).
In the afternoon, explore Ella. Hike to Little Adam's Peak for sunset views.
Overnight in Ella.

Day 4 - Ella → Udawalawe

Morning: Visit the famous Nine Arch Bridge in Ella.
(Optional) See Rawana Falls.
Drive to Udawalawe (approx. 2-3 hours).
In the afternoon, enjoy a thrilling jeep safari at Udawalawe National Park, famous for its large elephant herds.
Overnight in Udawalawe.

Day 5 - Udawalawe → Weligama

After breakfast, drive to the south coast (approx. 2-3 hours).
Arrive in Weligama, a famous spot for surfing.
Check into your beach hotel and relax on the sand, swim, or take a surf lesson.
Overnight in Weligama.

Day 6 - Weligama → Colombo

Morning: (Optional, seasonal Dec-Apr) Go Whale Watching from nearby Mirissa.
(Optional) See the iconic Stilt Fishermen.
Drive to Colombo (approx. 2-3 hours). En route, stop to explore the Galle Dutch Fort.
Check into your Colombo hotel and enjoy an evening city tour.
Overnight in Colombo.

Day 7 - Colombo → Airport

Enjoy a final Sri Lankan breakfast.
Depending on your flight time, enjoy some last-minute shopping.
Transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) for your departure.
